Who is responsible

This website is operated by JZ Consulting d.o.o., Bosnia and Herzegovina (JIB 472481440003). JZ Consulting is responsible for the personal data described here.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company (if you provide it), your message and the time it was sent. Your IP address is used briefly to prevent spam and abuse; it is not stored with your message.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing trackers.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss and prepare a possible engagement. I do not send newsletters or sell or share your data for marketing.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and stored in my business email account. These providers act on my behalf and only process the data needed to deliver and store the message.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. If we work together, related correspondence is kept for as long as required for the engagement and applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to its use. Send your request through the contact form or reply to any email from me, and I'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
