We explore the requirements, identify priorities and agree on a practical solution. Where useful, I create an interactive demonstration of the core user flows so you can see how the proposed product would work.

- A fixed-price BUILD proposal with an indicative delivery plan.

Fully credited against BUILD. If you proceed with BUILD for the same project, your €2,500 DEFINE fee is deducted from the agreed BUILD price.

With the scope agreed, I turn the plan into working software.
BUILD covers the development lifecycle, from implementation and integration through testing, deployment and handover. We review progress throughout, address issues and prepare the product for real use.
Built to remain yours.
You own your code, repositories, infrastructure and documentation, with access throughout the project. The software is built using established technologies and documented so another technical team can take over if needed. No proprietary JZ Consulting dependencies or unnecessary vendor lock-in.

About JZ Consulting.
JZ Consulting is an independent software and product development consultancy based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I'm Jérôme, the founder of JZ Consulting. An engineer by background, I bring 20+ years of experience spanning software engineering, product development and technical leadership.
My career includes serving as CTO of Cake, a technology company acquired in 2017; Director of Product Development at American Express; and Product Development Consultant for Resy, part of American Express.
Today, I bring that experience directly to businesses that need software built, improved or maintained, without the complexity and overhead of a traditional development agency.
